Hello, everybody! My name is Rachael, but everyone online calls me Rapha (short for Raphaela.) In case you can't figure it out, I'm a huge Shadow The Hedgehog fan. Yes, I'm a ravenous fangirl. I love to draw him, write about him, fantasize about him, you know, the usual.

Many of my drawings come from my own fan world, so they may not make sense to everyone. Even though I try to explain as needed, sometimes I may not get the whole story across, so I will briefly explain my three Shadows right here for your pleasure.

Shadow Mach I: This is the original Shadow. He was created on ARK as a part of the research into immortality and befriended by Maria. When GUN invaded, Maria tried to save him by launching him to safety in an escape pod, but the pod crash-landed and he was killed on impact. He is currently with Maria in Heaven.

Shadow Mach II: Nicknamed Shadz, he is the Shadow from SA2. He is a clone of the original Shadow, but he didn't know that for awhile. He also has a powerful force inside of him that speeds up his metabolism, so he eats like crazy, but due to his rushed creation, he has a sensitive system and eating too much can cause him to get sick. After realizing that he had never truly known Maria, Shadz swore to protect Rapha. He loves her, but he's very uncomfortable expressing his feelings.

Shadow Mach III: Also known as Vex, he is the Shadow from any game after SA2. Vex was created by Eggman in an attempt to make an ultimate army, but Vex is a clone of Shadz and he's a little defective. After horrific experiments to try and repair Vex's problems, Eggman gave up and used him as a template for robotic Shadow clones, placing Vex in stasis and locking him away. He suffers from amnesia and many internal problems, but he longs to find out about his past and to prove himself worthy of the ultimate life form title. He loves Rouge and has learned the joys of wordly pleasures from her. Though he may seem perverted, he's very sweet and much more open with his feelings than Shadz. He will hide nothing from one he trusts, but gaining his trust isn't easy.
